# Release Notes

> What is new in Hopae Connect v2.

**v2.0**

**Connections.** You verify with a connection: one credential through one provider. Start a verification with `connectionId`. See [Connections](/v2/guides/concepts/connections).

**Workflows.** Your v1 workflows carry over. A workflow sets the offered connections, requested claims, and branding for OIDC and REST. On REST, `requestedClaims` in the request still replaces the workflow's claims. See [Workflows](/v2/guides/verifications/workflows).

**Apps and environments.** Sandbox and production are separate apps on the same URLs. The credentials select the app. Saves apply immediately. There is no publish step. See [Apps & Environments](/v2/guides/concepts/apps).

**Query flow.** Lookup connections such as `ng-nin` and `br-cpf` return a final result from the create call. See [Flow Types](/v2/guides/reference/flow-types).

**Webhooks.** A new v2 payload with five verification events and two activation events, and a signing secret per endpoint. See [Webhooks](/v2/guides/webhook-signing).

**Results.** `provenance` and `missing_claims` are opt-in. Identifiers are catalog ids. See [Return Data](/v2/guides/verifications/return-data-model).
