Apps & Environments - hConnect

Your organization owns apps. Each app is either a sandbox app or a production app, chosen when you create it. Each app has its own credentials, connections, workflows, redirect URIs, and webhooks. Sandbox and production apps are not linked.

To move to production, create a production app and set it up again. Nothing is copied from the sandbox app. See Go Live.

Both kinds of app use the same URLs. The credentials you send select the app.

Saving changes

A save takes effect immediately, also on a production app’s live traffic. There is no separate publish step and no staging copy, so test a change in a sandbox app first.
